Spearheading DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s signature restaurant, Makan Kitchen, is Executive Chef Eric Siew. Eric’s presence since the pre-opening days of the hotel has truly been remarkable in providing excellence in food preparation and dining satisfaction. Today, with over 10 years of experience under his hat, Eric has a team of over 12 sous chefs who report to him daily.
